PCZ Series Hammer Crusher (HEAVY)

The hammer crusher can be used for the integrated completion of crushing and shaping of small production lines with an hourly output of less than 600t, or for secondary crushing and shaping of large production lines. It is suitable for crushing medium hard and below materials such as limestone with compressive strength not exceeding 150MPa and calcium content higher than 40%.

Description

Hammer crusher is suitable for crushing various medium hard and below materials such as limestone with compressive strength not exceeding 150MPa and calcium content higher than 40%. This machine has the characteristics of special structure, simple operation mode, energy saving, good product particle shape, adjustable discharge particle size, cost saving, etc. The shape and structure of hammer crusher and impact crusher are basically the same, and the difference only lies in the form of rotor. The hammer crusher rotor uses mutually independent hammer heads and can rotate around the hammer shaft. The impact crusher rotor uses high chromium plate hammer. The hammer crusher has large weight of a single hammer head, reasonable rotor speed and large moment of inertia, which can achieve the crushing effect of large feeding particle size and small discharging particle size.

Machine construction

It is composed of frame, rotor assembly, cavity lining plate, adjusting device, motor driving device and other main components.

Working Principle

When the hammer crusher works, the rotor disc drives the hammer head to make circular motion driven by the motor. When the materials enter the crushing chamber, the materials are crushed by the impact, impact, shear, grinding and other effects of the hammer head. After crushing, the materials with particle size greater than the requirements will be crushed again along the tangent direction of the hammer head, so as to make the coarse crushing and medium crushing in place in one step, Finally, the qualified materials are discharged through the lower discharge port. The speed is generally 400-600 rpm.

Performance

1. The feed particle size is large and the discharge particle size is small. The secondary crushing is changed into primary crushing to realize impact crushing and impact shaping. The low-cost operation of one machine for two is completely realized, and the cost can be reduced by 35%.

2. The finished product has uniform particle shape, few flakes and low powder yield, which meets the standard of excellent sand and gravel aggregate.

3. The hammer head is made of high chromium alloy, and its service life is more than twice that of ordinary high alloy hammer head.

4. The counterattack plate is quenched by high manganese casting and strengthened, and its practicability and impact resistance are further improved.

5. A practical sheath is installed around the rotor disc to avoid the direct wear of stones with the rotor disc, which greatly improves the service life of the rotor.

6. The bolts of lining plate, impact plate and stiffener casing are of uniform specifications, which is convenient for disassembly and maintenance.

7. The counterattack plate is fixed individually and can be disassembled and replaced individually to reduce the maintenance cost.

8. Both dry and wet, which can crush both dry and wet materials.
